1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing, or using App Screenshots Studio ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
2. What the app does
The app lets you place a screenshot into a stylized, on-device 3D mockup of a phone, tablet, or watch frame and export the result. It also includes a Full Editor for building multi-page App Store / Google Play screenshot sets, and a History of your saved mockups. Basic mockup creation and export don't require an account. The Full Editor and History are Premium features and do require creating a free account.
3. Accounts
Creating an account only requires an email address and a password. You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for anything that happens under your account. You can permanently delete your account and its data at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account, or by contacting us — see the Contact section below.
4. Your content
Any screenshot or image you use remains yours — we claim no ownership over it. If you create an account, any project you save (including images you add to it) is stored on our servers so it can sync across your devices; it is used only to provide that feature to you. You're responsible for making sure you have the right to use any image you import, including screenshots that contain someone else's copyrighted or trademarked material.
5. Device frames
The device frames included in the app are stylized, generic representations built from public dimensions, not exact replicas of any real device. Product names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the app to create mockups intended to deceive people about a product's authenticity, source, or endorsement;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute the app outside of the official App Store or Google Play listing;
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
7. Subscriptions, purchases, and ads
Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription, billed and processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play — we don't handle your payment details ourselves. It renews automatically at the price and interval shown in the app at the time of purchase, unless you cancel it in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Refunds are handled by the relevant app store, not by us.
We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status across devices — confirming your purchase is active and keeping it in sync if you reinstall the app or sign in on another device. RevenueCat receives purchase and subscription data from the app store to do this; it does not receive your payment information. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
The app also shows ads served by Google AdMob, under its own terms.
8. No warranty
The app is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
