Common questions
How do I export my mockup?
Tap the export button in the top-right corner. Your mockup is saved to your photo library as a transparent PNG, ready to drop into an App Store listing, a Google Play listing, a landing page, or a deck.
Why is my export transparent?
That's intentional — a transparent background lets you place the device on any color or image you like in whatever design tool you use. If you need a solid background, add one in your editor after exporting.
Which devices can I choose from?
iPhones, Android phones, iPads, Android tablets, and watches. Each frame can be rotated in true 3D and recolored with one of five finishes or a custom color.
My screenshot looks stretched or cropped.
The screen area of each frame matches that device's real aspect ratio. For the cleanest fit, use a screenshot taken on a device with the same shape as the frame you picked.
How do I restore my Premium purchase?
Sign in with the same account you purchased Premium with, and your subscription status syncs automatically — there's nothing else to tap. If Premium doesn't show up after signing in, email us and we'll sort it out. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google directly, not by us.
Are my screenshots uploaded anywhere?
If you use the basic mockup tool without an account, no — your screenshot is read from your photo library, rendered on your device, and saved back to your device. If you create a free account to use the Full Editor or History, whatever you save there (including any images you add) is stored on our server so it can sync across your devices. How do I delete my account?
Open Settings, tap Account, then Delete Account. This permanently removes your account, your saved projects, and your mockup history — it can't be undone. You can also email us and we'll delete it for you.
